Clean, fresh room and bed sheets with no odd smell. Posh toilet with marble walls, tastefully done and well kept. Conveniently located near Malacca River and Jonker Street, with plenty of shops and food options at your doorstep. Very friendly and helpful reception. Lovely breakfast with Malay and classic continental choices.
Felt very well taken care of, no complaints.

During Easter we stayed at a quaint hotel, where we were welcomed with a cold drink and refreshing towel. the hotel had attention to detail and well-decorated rooms. the location was perfect, within walking distance to key attractions and restaurants. the breakfast was simple but good, with several juice options to choose from.

This hotel is a great find! the value for money is unbeatable - you get so much for what you pay. Secondly, the attention to detail is impressive, from the two-panel windows in the rooms which provide a peaceful atmosphere to the fabulous balcony where you can relax and enjoy the view. Lastly, the location is spot on, right in the center of town within walking distance of all the main attractions.
One small improvement could be made in terms of noise levels at night.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, even serving me welcome drinks upon arrival. The breakfast was simple but lovely, and the prices were very reasonable. The hotel's location in the center of town made it easy to explore the attractions on foot. The rooms were comfortable and had fantastic balconies with amazing views of the river.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of town. the location couldn't be better - it's within walking distance of all the main attractions and right near Jonker Street. Secondly, the staff here are amazing - they're friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile. Lastly, the rooms are comfortable and come with fantastic balconies, perfect for enjoying the view after a busy day exploring. Plus, the rain showers are a luxurious touch.
Despite all the good points, the wifi could be improved.

We loved the location of this hotel as it was right in Chinatown and very near to the night market. It was also close to main attractions and public transportation. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious and had a good selection.
Nothing at all.

I was pleasantly surprised by the location of Gingerflower Boutique. It was just minutes away from the famous Jonker Street and right next to the river, which added to the charm of the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, making me feel welcome and well taken care of. Although the superior room was small, I managed to book it at a fantastic rate. The breakfast buffet, though limited, still provided a decent start to the day. I would recommend this hotel for its great location and helpful staff.

This hotel's location is fantastic, being very close to Jonker Walk. It's right in the middle of the old town, making it easy to explore everything. The service provided by the staff is great, they are friendly and helpful. The rooms are nicely decorated with beautiful wooden furniture and have high ceilings. Despite the small size of the rooms, they are comfortable for two people. The breakfast spread is simple but caters to both Asian and Western tastes, with a small buffet offering continental and local options.
The rooms could be a bit bigger for the price.
